Pick up your order at Marketbase in Bilzen:
Products in stock can be picked up the same day at Marketbase, Zutendaalweg 76a, 3740 Bilzen.
Please note that inventory levels fluctuate, so the item may be out of stock at the time of your order.
In that case, we will contact you to let you know when the product is back in stock.

As soon as we receive your order, our team will get to work preparing everything for you.
Please be aware that there may be wait times for pickups during peak season. Pickup at our showroom is always FREE.

The goods can only be picked up after we have received payment. At our office, you can pay in cash, by Bancontact, or with VISA.

Have your order delivered to your home
Our deliveries are made either through our own weekly delivery service or, depending on the volume and location, by an external partner.
A delivery fee will be charged for home delivery.

Goods can only be shipped once we have received payment in our account.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a copy of the bank transfer as valid proof of payment.

Once all items are in stock and payment has been received, the goods can be prepared for shipment immediately.
If we receive the order and payment after the shipping carrier has already picked up the package, the goods cannot be shipped the same day.
Please keep this in mind.

Netherlands: 4 to 5 business days
France: 4 to 5 business days
Germany: 4 to 5 business days
Other countries: 10 business days or more
Marketbase cannot be held liable if this delivery time is not met due to force majeure.
